Fitness Assessment - Your fitness level will be evaluated and an appropriate regime will be created to obtain the optimum results for you.

Custom Exercise Program - An exercise program will be designed just for you to include cardio, strength training, posture correction, and stretch workouts. This program will be safe and effective. Correct exercise techniques will be explained and personalized instruction given. I will help you learn  how to exercise correctly to achieve your cardio fat burning zone. You will be motivated to continue and pursue your fitness goals.  I will make sure that this experience will be encouraging and fun.

Personalized Advice - You will receive valuable information about your health, training and nutrition guidance.  

Home Gym Design and Consulting - I will give recommendations for your home gym design that will allow you to put into practice what you have learned during your Personal Training sessions.
